Andy and Jan Homden returned to Ireland in 2014 after lifetime careers working in international education. Having started or grown several large schools in Indonesia, Malaysia, Turkey and Dubai, we established our company in Donegal, to support others who wanted to do the same.
Consilium Education
Founded in 2014, Consilium Education offers consulting services to schools, educational investors, and other organisations involved with international education. Our eleven shareholding consultants, who include founders, Andy and Jan Homden, specialise in international school start-ups, feasibility studies, recruitment, facilities design and benchmarking reports. We have supported new school projects in China, Uzbekistan and California, while advising school management groups in Portugal and Bangladesh and publishing the on-line journal, International Teacher Magazine.
In 2018 Consilium Education concluded an agreement with one of the most important market intelligence providers in the field of international education, UK-based ISC Research, with whom we now offer a range of turnkey services for investors in start-up projects.
Consilium has also worked collaboratively on several projects for international clients with fellow CoLab residents, Fiona O’Reilly (On the Dot Design) and Marie Shields (Moss Marketing).
